Pros: The location i great and everything about it was perfect

Luxury villa Kissimmee

Pros: Absolutely loved this villa, we have been visiting Florida annually since 1996, usually staying in Davenport area, however this villa is so handy for all the parks, literally less than 20 mins! The villa itself is outstanding, beautiful location, peaceful, not overlooked. All mod cons, very up to date, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge freezers, 2 washing machines, 2 tumble dryer, very equipped for large family's like ours. The pool was amazing, much needed after a day at the parks! This villa is kept to a very high standard, you will not be disappointed, the customer service from the agents is second to none, they are on hand if needed, checking in to ensure all is OK, which of course it was. I would not hesitate to book this villa again and will definitely use this company again!

Great house, only a few issues!

Pros: Location was perfect. Communication was perfect. Rooms are all a good size.

Cons: Things that were a let down: - carpets and floors are very dirty/smelly. Carpets probably need professionally cleaning (I imagine previous people that stayed wore shoes all around the house) - no tin opener, new one dropped off but it didn’t work - kettle boiled but did not turn off when boiled so was deemed unsafe to use but they didn’t have a replacement? Someone could have popped the Walmart - we paid for the pool to be heated but it was turned off the day BEFORE we checked out - asked for late check out multiple times, they never came back to me in the end but did ask if we wanted to extend our stay, there was clearly no one else checking in…

Pros: Our stay was great. The host responded and answered all of our questions. Florida never disappoints

The stay was enjoyable

Pros: The property was clean and the pool well maintained

Cons: As an older property the game room games the air hockey and fuss all games were broken

The house was more than accommodating for a large party/family. The community was safe and clean.

Pros: Everything was excellent, the house was immaculate

Cons: The only problem was that the microwave didn’t work

An incredible house for any experiences you want to share with family and friends.

Pros: The entire property was clean and the house was very comfortable. The kitchen and family area was large enough to handle a family of 11 with no problem. It has an excellent backyard with pool and the house is centrally located to everything and anything you need.

Cons: Only had 1 washcloth per guest, which is not great for a weeks stay.

Pros: The house is gorgeous, looks exactly like the pictures, very clean floors, bathrooms, pool, kitchen was extremely beautiful! The space was perfect for my family. Plenty of space for the whole family! Overall, loved the location and easy access to the stores nearby and not to mention Disney! Thank you! I will absolutely book with you again in the next 2 to 3 yrs!

Cons: The bed upstairs was a bit comfortable, the pillows were a bit hard for my taste!
