Great 6bedrooms home in Kissimmee w Private Pool 8426

Great location and communication from owner was good but sadly I wouldn’t stay again.

Pros: Location was excellent, stayed here the last 2 years on the run. Big, spacious villa and great rooms

Cons: Pool and patio area, patio area was very grubby, there was also no table outside only chairs. When I asked the owner I was told it had been broken and they were waiting on the new glass. This didn’t stop us from using the outside area to sit but having to put your drinks on the floor wasn’t ideal especially with the ants about. We usually like to eat our meals outside in the nice weather but again we weren’t able to do this. I’d also messaged about the pool, the pool and jacuzzi wasn’t clean, quite a few flies floating on the top and also big clumps of hair on the bottom of the pool. The water level seemed to be lower than what it should have been so I don’t know if this stopped the filter from working, maybe that’s why the pool wasn’t keeping itself clean. We had to use the net most days to clean out insects if we wanted to use the pool which is disappointing because we had paid extra for the heated pool. When I spoke to the owner about it they replied saying they’d had a lot of rain. The area around the pool had a few used glow sticks especially around the edges and burst balloons so I know it hadn’t been throughly cleaned. There was also a false nail on the floor by the patio doors. Communication from the owner was brilliant though when I needed any help with anything.

Pros: Our Villa was superb, clean and beautiful, great location for disney, Walmart and Target 5 minutes away

Cons: There was nothing not to like

Very enjoyable stay at the villa and many happy memories made.

Pros: Great location to Disney and loads of amenities around. Pool and games room a big hit for the kids and meant less screen time and more family time.

Cons: Main bedroom mattress a little soft.

Great location, great host, great villa

Pros: Property was in an ideal location for the theme parks it was very secure and in lovely surroundings also very private and not over looked. The villa was homely, clean and very comfortable. The pool had inflatables which was perfect for the kids and saved us buying some. Looked nice when lit up at night. Kids loved the themed bedrooms and the games room was great for all. Plenty of towels in the bedrooms for us all. Amazing communication from the hosts, nothing was too much trouble and they were quick at responding.

Cons: The smallest gripe I would say is the pool filter wasn’t the best and the pool and the outside area could have been a bit cleaner but that wouldn’t stop us booking again as everything else was perfect. We also had to pay a $20 resort fee which gave us a pass to get through the security gate throughout our stay.

Excellent value for money with clean spacious accommodation.

Pros: Great location for Disney. Lovely spacious and clean well looked after home with good kitchen supplies and outdoor space. Prompt response from host. Resort gated and lovely and quiet with good pool at house and resort reception.

Cons: Pool area could do with updating but still very good.

The house was very clean, comfortable, & the location was peaceful.

Pros: The kitchen & laundry room were both fully functional. The bedrooms were decorated very nicely. The Overall aesthetic was pleasant.

Cons: The Jacuzzi was not functional. When messaging the host about it ... there was no response.
