Very homely - great location - lovely family property.

Pros: We loved the location. Our second stay on the Terra Verde Resort. Lovely quiet residential area far enough away from the hustle and bustle of disney and the 192. Villa is very homely, clean & tidy, beds comfortable, plenty of space even for 6 of us. We would 100% stay there again.

Cons: We stayed for 22 nights, storage for clothing was very limited very few hangers in each room and minimal drawer space. 2 rooms having to live out of their suitcases stored in the spare room. Drying facilities for clothing, not everything can go in a dryer and no airer was available. We purchased both an airer & about 30 hangers for the closests which we left behind for future renters. No cushioning on sun loungers and in the 22 nights the pool was cleaned once.

Pros: Position is good, neighborhood full of tourist like us so ready to have fun and not bother. House was as expected. Would recomend for quality/value

Cons: Cleaning not deep enough. Moving stuff we founded built up dirt. Hole in the pool screen, claimed the first day and resolved almost at the end. Resulting in a lot of bugs in the pool and mosquitoes all around. Should check propane tank level before somebody checking in
