Good location to all the parks, 192 and I4

Pros: The property needs some updates, it’s a bit tired and definitely used. The carpets have been cleaned but lots of stains. The air conditioning is very loud, sounds like a vehicle is outside the house all the time. But overall a nice place to stay.
