Private Pool House With Private Pool

Suited our needs well, happy with our stay, would book again. Villa does need some TLC

Pros: The villa was large and spacious (2 bedrooms with double beds, the master having a huge bed, and 1 kid's bedroom with 2 singles). The villa was free from insects which were my main fear and it was tidy on arrival. Clear instructions for check-in and check out/dealing with garbage/recycling. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood and was close to Disney and other amenities (Publix/Walmart/Walgreens). The management was agreeable to my requests made in the middle of the trip. Replies were timely, often responding within an hour. AC and water heating worked well. The kitchen is large and well stocked with tools needed for your trip and the beds were comfy allowing for a good night's sleep after a long day walking around the Disney parks. The TV has apps to use your Disney +, Hulu, Netflix accounts on but no cable/local TV Good value for money compared to staying on Disney property. Would book again.

Cons: There did appear to be some communication (perhaps, language) barrier issues when communicating via the app which should be improved on. The pool heating did turn off towards the end of our stay so had to have that re-turned on. The pictures show two lounge chairs for the pool area but there is only one which isn't great. The villa is showing sign of its age, there is a lot of scuff marks and it looks like the AC vents need a clean. The pool netting could also use replacement as it does appear to have some small holes and gaps at the bottom of the metal structure that is letting in a bit too much debris when it rains or is windy. If you like baths, for some reason the plugs or the actual plughole aren't fitting snugly in either of the two baths so the water continuously drains out of it meaning you have to keep re-running the bath or try to put a flannel (bath cloth) around the plug to prevent draining.

Pros: L'emplacement, le rapport qualité/ prix. La piscine et la terrasse avec vue sur le lac. La villa globalement.

Cons: Il manque quelques ustensiles pour faire la cuisine.

Pros: Freundliches Personal, sehr schöne und sichere Umgebung. 10 min entfernt ist ein großer Lebensmittelladen. Die Unterkunft verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Parken vor dem Haus ist kein Problem.
