Excellent stay villa was great value and location with all you need

Casa Excelente! Segura e muito bem cuidada!

Pros: Casa excelente! Equipada! Aproveitamos tudo: piscina, churrasqueira, tudo funcionou conforme o combinado com a administradora. Renata foi muito prestativa quando precisamos. Escolhemos essa casa especificamente porque tinha vizinhos de todos os lados e estávamos preocupados com segurança. Nos sentimos muito seguros. Tínhamos vizinhos o tempo todo o que ajudou nessa sensação!

Cons: Nada a reclamar! Deixo apenas algumas dicas simples: poderiam ter mais cabides, travessas maiores (afinal a casa é pra muita gente - acabamos comprando algumas descartáveis) e alguns utensílios de cozinha que faltaram para servir refeições (pegador de salada, por exemplo) . Em outras casas que já aluguei na região tinha máquina de café, dessas de cápsulas, e nós adoramos. Nesta não tinha, então acabei comprando uma por 25 dólares pela Internet. Mas a casa tem cafeteira comum! Poderia ter um cofre também, afinal, os assaltos a casas de turistas são comuns, então dá medo de deixar documentos e dinheiro quando a gente sai.

Fabulous 5BR/5Bath Updated, Clean Home

Pros: Wow! This home is so beautiful, modern, updated, comfortable and relaxing. 5 BRs, 2 Master Suites, 3 BRs, each with its own bath! There's a game room, and a loft area for kids to watch TV. We didnt want to leave ti in y⁰ time leaving during the day to go to the parks. I would highly recommend this home! It even has a pool and hot tub! You won't find a better deal for such a lovely home with modern upgrades.

As I stated the house and our experience was amazing for the most part. The internet was a huge disappointment for us as

Pros: Clean and spacious and the fact we had our own private pool.

Cons: We had no internet service for the majority of our stay. I did not like the fact that the hot tub wasn’t heated and we had to pay extra to heat the hot tub and pay extra to use the grill. We definitely were not happy with that at all. We paid for a weeks stay at an amazing place but couldn’t fully enjoy the amenities that we thought were included with the house which was mainly why we chose that particular place. That definitely wasn’t made clear before booking it wasn’t until a few days to our arrival that we learned of this.
