Pros: Good location, safe community, nice home with pool and hot tub.

Cons: Beds could be more comfortable and need better pillows.

Pros: We absolutely love paradise palms and this was our third time there the house was spacious and very family oriented.

Pros: There was a total of 4 adults and 2 children, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms! We all had a wonderful time! The staff responded to all of our questions in a timely manner prior and during our stay!

Cons: We probably won't take advantage of the heated hot tub in June again! Because it was so hot during our stay and we didn't use it the entire stay!

We enjoyed our stay and we will most definitely book again.

Pros: It’s so clean and organized, bed room are stunning, house was cozy

Cons: The bed in the master room up stairs need to be replaced, it’s really worn out.

Family spring vacation in Kissimmee🌴

Pros: We loved the location. It was close to everything, but still had its own community with a splash pool, movie theater, gym, basketball and tennis courts, private property, and friendly staff. As soon as I booked the property, I was greeted warmly. They did everything to accommodate my family's stay. The number of bedrooms was perfect, especially with two having ensuite bathrooms and three other bathrooms outside the other bedrooms. Also, a garage provided easier access to and from the home. I literally felt like I had a home away from home. I would stay here again and highly recommend this experience to my family, friends, and others.

Cons: I would recommend dusting the lighting and ceiling fans inside and outside. The only other thing is that my family and I did not have more time at this wonderful property.

Great place for family vacation home!

Pros: Loved the pool and size of house. Very impressed with the community.

Cons: The neighbors partied all hours into the night. My grandkids names weren't on list at community center. So they weren't allowed to do anything. But it got resolved in a timely manner.

Not as advertised

Pros: Big, beautiful house. Close to the park we planned

Cons: Hot tub cost extra and dud nit work for 2 days; refrigerator ice and water dispenser did nit work; dirty, greasy filters above cooking area; told it had Keurig coffee pot and we brought supplies for this-it did not; pictures of rooms were not as found with decor. Room temperatures hard to adjust downstairs and upstairs; too many things not provided; old pots and pans and dishwear. Had to constantly request corrections, cleanups and money return for Hot tub failure.
