Comfortable, well equipped house in a very pleasant location and close to main Irlando attractions.

Pros: Great location, comfortable and very well equipped. Proximity to Orlando attractions (Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, etc).

Great value & quality stay for a short term family value vacation hosted by a local Floridian.

Pros: Felt like part of a larger resort. Rooms and layout where as described. For the price we paid the value was immense. Not sure I would paid the retail price listed on the actual website but even at that would considered it.

Cons: The property itself was fairly well maintained for a short/medium term rental had some dents and dings but met my expectations.

Will stay again. Very good stay.

Pros: Good value, clean, and met high standards. Some wear and tear on the property but within reason. Community security gate broken which made getting in somewhat a hassle. We liked the house.

Cons: Owners phone is not answered nor is voicemail setup. Communication is solely through emails.

House and management company were great

Pros: Location was 5 minutes from everything very convenient. Amenities were very nice.

Cons: The clubhouse check in staff could be a little more welcoming after 7 days I was petty tired of having to show my reservation confirmation. Also the bar or ice cream shack only took cash which was a bit odd and very inconvenient.
