ApartHotel bien ubicado y con todo funcionando bien

Pros: Estilo ApartHotel. Habitaciones, baños y cocina limpios. Todo funcionaba bien. Se nos facilito codigos WIFI al llegar e instrucciones claras. Habia carros para las maletas disponibles al llegar

Cons: En la recepcion al llegar no ubicaban mi reserva, tuvieron que llamar a un encargado para resolver. En el check-out, no se me explicó que no era necesario ir a recepcion (aunque alli fue donde se me entregaron las llaves) y en recepcion no sabian nada de mir eserva y no querian coger mis llaves. Fue un poco raro. Por lo demas todo bien

Very nice! Would stay there again.

Pros: Location was nice. Did not get to stay long as it was only 1 night. Now that I know the ins and outs for checking in, I would stay there again. Very nice. Beds were comfortable. Large great room with balcony. Main bedroom with private bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and spacious shower.

Cons: I did not like having to pick up in another location. It was not clear as to procedure and staff at reception desk was not helpful. I had not received email with instructions and they only told me to contact owner. Also was not told to have staff at desk to authorize the key card for elevator use.
