Great location, spacious home in a lovely area

Pros: The house is in a brilliant location for the Disney parks. There are also a number of supermarkets close by. The area is lovely and really kept. The house is spacious, we were two families staying there and we had loads of space. The company were very easy to deal with it. The area felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay especially if your focus is the Disney parks. Plenty of cutlery and cooking tools, great having a washing machine. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was lovely and warm.

Cons: While the property on the surface is clean it could do with a really deep clean and some of the walls could definitely do with a paint touch up but that’s being picky. It would help if there was an information booklet left in the house for the appliances.

Pros: This house is modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. The property is situated within a gated neighbourhood, it felt very safe. The location is 10mins to Disney & 30mins to Universal, there is a Super Target 5mins away. We arranged a late checkout for 12 noon at no extra charge. I would definitely rebook this house for my next visit to Orlando.

Pros: Casa tinha bons quartos e uma boa estrutura de acessórios para cozinha.

Cons: Apesar de mencionar em que a casa tinha churrasqueira e piscina, não informaram que teriam custos adicionais para sua utilização, com aquecimento da piscina e gás para a churrasqueira. Adicionalmente o custo da utilização era muito caro.
