Overall pleased with property perfect got our needs would come back again

Pros: We liked the layout and the size, location was good with modern styling and multiple bathrooms was great with lots of towels Pool was nice and warm and cleaned whilst we were there With a relaxing and private area to dip in the pool

Cons: Sofa in lounge broken I had to put a cushion on the seat and smelled bad like it was really old Back door not very secure Told to move car for 2 days to conduct work on stripes in area however no need as no one turned up No sun loungers by the pool Pool could have been bigger

Excelente casa, bem estruturada, mas cuidado pois te pedem dados do cartão de crédito em aberto.

Pros: A edificação é nova e muito bem conservada, o atendimento do suporte é rápido e praticamente imediato. Muito confortável e limpeza impecável. Sistema de aquecimento muito eficiente e preciso. todos os recursos necessários à uma estadia em família. As crianças adoraram a decoração dos quartos.

Cons: Não gostei de exigência de se informar dados do cartão de crédito diretamente ao gerenciador da reserva. Somente soube dessa necessidade após confirmação da reserva e não era mais possível cancelar sem penalidade. Entendo a importância para o locador de alguma segurança, mas em tempos de golpes, devemos ficar atentos, por isso o fazemos através da plataforma Booking e foi extremamente complicado. Tive que gerar um cartão virtual temporário com limite para regularizar a situação, enquanto isso eles ficavam me cobrando os dados do cartão a cada minuto. Foi estressante, e somente por isso não alugaria mais, pois não desejo ter cartão de crédito informado em aberto com alguém que não conheço, nunca tive contato, sequer sei o endereço, mesmo estando no Booking, pois em caso de conflito, o booking \
