Location and price were everything.the bed is so important to have a comfy mattress

Pros: The location was amazing, walk to the Eden Bar or Thai or many amazing restaurants. There is a bike or walking path a block away. Watch the space launch from the drive way and sunset from the lake out back. Bed was comfy but would be small for two. Everything was clean.

Cons: The drive way will scrape the bottom of your car of you go faster than slow was humanly possible. I did feel like the to do check out list was a bit much when there is a cleaning fee of $75.

Pros: Everything was clean and accommodating. Easy access, good location. The AC is very good!

Cons: Not what I didnt like, but a suggestion. My 80 year old uncle found the AC to be cold at night. I suggest having a Quilt or Comforter available for older guests.
