A fantastic, spacious location for group trips to the theme parks!
Pros: Very large, spacious and modern. Easy to access from all the local parks and attractions, as well as easy for ordering Uber Eats.
Cons: No faults at all!

Spacious, comfortable and close to parks
Pros: The location was perfect, so close to Disney (20 minutes) and Universal (35 minutes). The swimming pool and other facilities (gym etc) were great. The condo was spacious and clean. Communication with the owner was good and any questions we had were answered quickly.
Cons: I’m not sure about other properties in the US but I have been in other holiday homes in the UK/France/Spain which have been better equipped eg basics in the kitchen such as salt/oil which may have been from previous guests but we were told there would be a disposal fee if we left anything behind, also a clothes dryer would have been useful for hanging clothes out on the balcony (there was a tumble dryer but I’m talking about hanging things outside to dry for the day to day pool stuff and towels, and natural drying of washes). We left an inflatable behind which we hope will be left for future guests as it would be nice to pass on items and just equip the properties a little more!

Pros: Everything was amazing, very clean throughout, very quiet. Was nice and relaxing and the pool area was immaculate. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back here 😁

Pros: La ubicación, muy buena. No es tan cerca a los parques y outlets, pero es excelente, en carro todo es cerca, muy fácil acceso, parqueadero cubierto, buen espacio. Difícil acceso a la piscina. El apartamento muy bonito, cómodo, seguro, buena dotación
Cons: El acceso a la piscina, prácticamente imposible.

Localização boa, apartamento amplo mas faltou capricho
Pros: O apartamento era amplo e bem distribuído. Cama muito confortável. Cozinha ok. Equipe prestativa e responde rápido.
Cons: Móveis antigos e dois quartos as cômodas pareciam que iam quebrar. Toalhas muito ruins, poderiam investir em toalhas novas. Parecia faltar capricho. Tentamos abrir a janela do quarto e tinha muita sujeira acumulada. Poderia ter mais utensílios e bem cuidados na cozinha. Ar condicionado barulhento.

Overall is very comfortable to stay.
Pros: It’s closed to theme parks. It’s a big place to rent for the family. Kitchen is complete you can cook, do laundry. Near restaurants. Publix and Walmart lots of souvenir shops around.

Excelente opção para quem busca uma acomodação ampla e confortável em Orlando, por um preço justo.
Pros: Bastante espaçoso, acomodou todo o meu grupo de forma muito confortável. Dispões de diversas amenidades, na cozinha nos banheiros, máquina de lavar e secar. Condomínio novo e bem conservado, com bastante privacidade e segurança.

Needs some attention before next occupancy
Pros: The condo was nicely layed out and nice view of the pool. Balcony was screened in and bug free. Beds were comfortable.
Cons: It took over an hour and endless calls and texts to get a human from upstay to assist with the checkin. Once I got someone, they were great and resolved the issue. We had problems with the toilet and wifi. Both were fixed on day 2. Smoke alarm was not fixed so we took it down and this was unsafe. Dishes were dirty and only 3 mugs. The linins were worn. Hot tub was not working. Only 2 chairs on the balcony for 4 people. Many of the lights didn't work. We rented for a week and it would have been better if towels, garbage bags, dish soap etc had been provided enough for a week. I didn't want to keep texting a mystery person every time I needed a garbage bag, so we brought our own needed product s and washed our towels with detergent we bought. Overall it was a nice condo, and it could easily be upgraded to a great condo .
