Nice but confusing

Pros: The suite was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for our stay. No complaints about our suite itself. The building had plenty of parking space in its parking lot.

Cons: The suite is located in a building that seems to be a hotel and the only service that the front desk provided was to activate the entrance cards for our room. The cards deactivated a couple times, the last time one of the cards deactivated the person at the front desk refused to activate it because we were in a “private suite.” When we requested a pillow, flat sheet, and blanket for the sofa bed (which only had a fitted sheet), they only brought a flat sheet. When we needed towels for the pool we got a couple once and the next time the front desk would not provide them because they said they were not there to give anything to “private suites.” And when we needed clean towels for the shower they refused service again because we were in a “private suite.” Luckily the building had public washers and driers on the fourth floor and we were able to wash our towels to take a shower on the last day.
