Cozy Condo on International Dr. Near Universal Studios

Perfect location and amenities suited our needs.

Pros: Location perfect for our needs. Condo had everything we needed. Having an air fryer was a bonus. Being coded to get in the building and condo instead of keys was good. Air conditioning helped.

Cons: Shower was difficult to get started. The shower head could do with being updated. Wardrobe space was limited.

Pros: Good location. Easy to access. Good parking. Clean and comfortable. Good view of the lake. Safe. Hastle free.

Pros: The self check in process was simple and communicated effectively via WhatsApp in this really well located apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a great range of utensils in the kitchen area including an air fryer which was super handy. The living area has a handy bed settee, although it's a bit dated, and TV which was great for unwinding after a busy day at the parks and exploring Orlando. The decor is a little dated but we didn't mind as long as it was clean. The 2 rooms were clean and spacious, beds extremely comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Each with their own bathroom, towels, hairdryer, shampoo and bodywash. Outdoor pool areas were great and plenty of space and furniture available.

Cons: Upon checkout we realised there was no luggage storage facility (we checked out at 11am but weren't due to fly until 8.30pm), we've come to expect this at most properties these days. If we'd known in advance we would have booked something. The gym is NOT a gym, 3 very dated and rusty machines and an out of order Treadmill.

Great location, comfortable condo, great value.

Pros: The property was in a great location, just off of International Drive. The condo was spacios and comfortable. The cooking facilities were also very handy, enabling us to purchse food at the local stores to cook instead of eating out all the time.

Cons: The condo is best suited for a max of 4 people, there were 6 in our group, as each bedroom, there were 2, has its own en-suite, which meant the other 2 people would have to enter the bedrooms in order to use the facilities. Also the sofa bed in the living room was extremley uncomfortable.

Pros: Very well maintained studio, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer etc. The room was very clean with a great view as shown on the photos on booking.com Easy check-in, very fast and friendly response from host. We can recommend it all with pleasure. We would be happy to stay here once again :-)

Cons: They only thing we missed was some dish drying towels and oven gloves.

Perfectly located with all the facilities you need

Pros: Great location clean with all you need for a brilliant vacation close to all the parks and restaurants you want yet far enough for a quiet relaxing night.

Cons: Nothing it was great

Pros: Gute Lage, große Pool Anlage. Super Kommunikation und große Hilfsbereitschaft vom Inhaber. Guten Küchen Ausstattung. Schöner Ausblick, Wäscheräume gut erreichbar.

Cons: Allgemein kleiner als erwartet. Sehr kleine Bäder. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern hat nicht gut funktioniert. Keine Waschmaschine im Zimmer sondern auf dem Flur. Das Sofa und der Esstisch waren zu klein, durchgesessen und ungemütlich für 4 Personen.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were happy that it was a short walking distance to public transportation and restaurants and bars. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at Universal and ICON park at night. The host communicated with a quick phone call. We will definitely go back!

Cons: Nothing everything was great.
