Minimalistisch , praktisch, gut

Pros: Der Check in Prozess war klar strukturiert und völlig unkompliziert. Die Betten waren sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Check out verlief problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, besonders wenn man Freizeitparks besuchen möchte. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. Der Kontakt mit der Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig.

Cons: Im Badezimmer hat der Duschkopf gefehlt. Da wir mit Kind unterwegs waren, war das etwas unpraktisch. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass die Unterkunft sehr schnell reagiert und uns eine Rekompensation angeboten hat. Man hat sich wirklich bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Insgesamt daher eher als kleiner, gut behandelter Mangel zu sehen.
