Perfect, quiet apartment. Spacious, spotless, and super comfortable, just a short drive from Disney.
Pros: We stayed here for 11 nights and absolutely loved it! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The main bedroom had a large and comfy bed, and there was a second bedroom with two single beds, which would be great for families or extra guests. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area was huge and perfect for relaxing after days out. The building was very quiet, we never heard any noise from outside and always found parking easy. The location was ideal! All the Disney parks and Disney Springs were within about 20 minutes’ drive, and Universal was roughly 30 minutes away. It was perfect for the two of us, and we’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Orlando. Beautiful apartment and a fantastic location!

Comfortable and Spacious, In a great location
Pros: it was very comfortable, spacious with easy access both in terms of location and within the property itself. the self check in process was explained well and made very straightforward. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa and even the dining chairs. The kitchen was generally well stocked with supplies, and there was a conveniently local Walmart. The fridge and freezer were huge and the ice/water dispenser was invaluable during our stay. having laundry facilities there was very helpful and I was impressed with the supply of towels provided, and with the small starter kit that was gifted. we didn't use the small deck much but it was a nice addition. same for the access to the pools. I would absolutely recommend this property
Cons: The only thing that caught us out with the kitchen supplies was the lack of can opener but we purchased one and have left that for the use of future guests. The only other thing that would have made it just a fraction more helpful was if salt and pepper shakers could be provided. it wasn't a huge deal but I feel the tiny detail would have been really useful. The blind was also broken, not unusably but several slats fell on their own during our stay, which was mildly alarming.

We will definitely try and stay in the same unit the next time we are in Orlando.
Pros: Way better than just a hotel. We had the option to cook when we wanted but the value of the stay to still afford to go out. The Club pool was the everything we wanted and needed it to be. So much fun either for a full day or just a few hours after being gone for the day.
Cons: The only downside was not being able to place a lunch to have at the pool but it makes sense. They need to keep the food service busy to make it worth it and we really liked the food we purchased. It wasn’t crazy expensive either. Not much to not like to be honest.

Best cost benefit in that region
Pros: The apartment itself is a good size for just a couple, which was my case, but it can easily accommodate larger families of four to six people. It has a well-designed bedroom and bathroom layout, and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a well-maintained kitchen. The days were quite hot, and the air conditioning was adequate, keeping the atmosphere pleasant. Another very positive point was the Host and the team/company that maintains the apartment. They were very attentive at all times, quickly resolving any scheduling issues I had, and proactively contacted me even after I had vacated the property to ensure everything was okay, etc...
Cons: A few details that don't detract from the apartment but could be reviewed and improved by the owner, such as the curtains in the main living room, which are old or poorly installed and took some effort to open and close every day without any problems. The cable TV system/TV set is confusing to understand which remote control to use and which channels to access. This could perhaps be resolved by simplifying the cable TV system and providing exclusive, clear instructions for using the TV and its remote controls.
