Our experience was pleasant, enjoyable, safe, and fun. I hope to return soon!

Pros: The resort is very safe and has two swimming pools: one just a 2-minute walk away, and the other located in the clubhouse, which includes a gym and water park, about a 5-7 minute walk. There's also a shuttle service that picks you up from the property to take you to the clubhouse. The apartment is in a great location, close to Disney. It’s spacious, clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The host kept us well-informed before and during our stay, making check-in and check-out easy. Overall, our experience was pleasant, enjoyable, safe, and fun. I hope to return soon!

Cons: The entrance to the gates at the property where always very busy and the entrance pass didn’t open the gate

Relaxing and Enjoyable Vacation

Pros: The host kept us fully informed before and during our stay with all information we would need with regards to key codes, WIFI code and other relevant information that could possibly be needed. The location of the apartment was very central, there was a variety of shops and supermarkets within a 5-10 minute drive and Disney was only a 10 minute drive away, with the outlets and malls being within a 20 minute drive. The apartment was spacious and modern and there was everything you could need for a comfortable stay with ample kitchen facilities to be able to make even the most sophisticated meal and 2 large sofas in the lounge to relax in the evening. It had a balcony overlooking the lake which was lovely and relaxing and on a clear night you could even catch a view of the Disney fireworks which was a bonus. Even the beds were comfortable and inviting which was needed after a long day.

Cons: Some of the furniture in the main bedroom is beginning to show signs of wear and tear and the photos don't show this.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: The condo was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Check in was fine, but with only one entrance, it can be very difficult to get into the property during the dinner hours.

Cons: This is not the rental companies fault but the bridges are in bad shape. Several planks where missing and breaking down. With broken bridges and alligators around, not a good thing.
