Bom custo benefício!

Pros: Casa muito bem equipada, com pratos, talheres, panelas, maquinas (microondas, torradeira, misteira, etc) Deixaram itens básicos como papel higiênico, detergente, bucha de cozinha, coisas para lavar roupa na casa para nao termos que ir ao supermercado logo de cara. Os quartos sao bons, com camas boas. O espaço da casa bem aconchegante, cozinha grande e super equipada. Geladeira grande que cabe muita coisa.

Cons: Um dos quartos de casal é bem pequeno e nao tem moveis com gavetas para colocar as coisas. O ar condicionado variava muito, ora muito quente, ora muito frio. O alarme de incêndio apitava toda hora quando faziamos comida por causa da fumaça e ai tinhamos que deixar a porta da casa aberta para evitar o alarme. Nao tem serviço de arrumação da casa. O banheiro social estava com a mangueira do chuveirinho quebrada e precisa conserto. Acústica do local nao é muito boa, escutamos barulho tanto da casa quanto dos aptos de cima
