Great friends trip

Pros: Great location next to the Universal park (you even get a view of the volcano from the windows!) It was great to have 2 bathrooms for the group that we were (6 adults)

Fantastic place to stay, spacious and very clean, 5 mins to Universal Studios, beautiful views.

Pros: I love the place, really feels like home. Very clean, 5 min drive to Universal studios and Seaworld. Lots of restaurants and outlets within walking distance. Lots of free parking right at the entrance and great swimming pool.

Pros: Location, so easy to get there and the flat very comfortable and clean, amazing view from the balcony

Cons: The address sent was for the first tower, so we had to find the tower where our apartment was located, just 10 meters next

Nice apartment with a spectacular view

Pros: The location was very convenient (some restaurants, minimarkets and gift shops in a walking distance) about 10 mins drive to Universal Studios. The apartment perfectly suites a family of 4 incl. 2 kids. It was a nice surprise to find a second bathroom in the kids room. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, towels are very clean. There is a small balcony with a fantastic view to the Volcano Bay (especially at dark time) and the lake. The host is responsive and gave clear instructions for a self check in. We truly enjoyed the stay!

Cons: It does not relate to the apartment or host but one of the receptionists in the administrative building was not really friendly. It was the first time that we arrived to the new place and she could have been a bit nicer with her responses. They did not let us keep our backpacks in the reception for few hours due to the late flight and very early checkout (at 10 am). However, the other receptionist recommended us a lockers provider nearby. BTW, it is better make sure you have all the check in details in advance and can skip the reception. The apartment is located in the building to the right of the administration.

Super stay

Pros: The location was excellent for Universal Studios. The apartment was small but had everything we needed for a 3 nights stay.

Great location, very clean, attentive owners!

Pros: We have stayed at this complex many times and specifically in this unit twice. The apartment is a 3-4 minute drive to Universal and we always feel safe here. The owners of this property have really strived to make this place COZY! Attention to details from the welcome basket of bottled water and snacks, down to the provided coffees and toiletries are such a nice touch! The balcony chairs are comfortable and we enjoyed watching sunsets over Volcano Bay! Highly recommended and we look forward to making more memories with our family here again in the future!

Cons: The cutlery/knives were in a bottom cabinet where our toddler could reach them. Thankfully, moving them was an easy fix!
